Terms of Service

RedLightAD (the "Platform") is operated by M N M MARKETING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17409846, with its registered office at 152 Hawthorn Road, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 9BG, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). M N M MARKETING LTD is the contracting party for all use of the Platform and all purchases made on it.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

RedLightAD provides online advertising space to independent adult advertisers. We publish advertisements; we are not a party to, and do not offer, arrange, broker, or take payment for, any services described in advertisements.

• Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply where they advertise and operate.
• Advertisements for illegal services, and any content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, or human trafficking, are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• We may remove any advertisement or suspend any account at our discretion, and we cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

Any arrangement between an advertiser and a visitor is made directly between them. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any advertiser or the services they describe.

The Platform is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• Every person depicted in content you upload was at least 18 years old at the time the content was created
• Accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction

We will terminate accounts and report violations to the relevant authorities where required by law.

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

Account types (Advertiser / Customer) are permanent and cannot be changed after registration.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content they post. All content must:

• Depict only adults (18+) who have consented to the content and to its publication on the Platform
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Not involve coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or minors
• Be accurate and not misleading

By posting content, you represent and warrant that you hold any records required by law to demonstrate the age and consent of every person depicted, and you agree to provide them to us on request.

New and edited listings are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit the visibility of, or remove any content at our discretion.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Post, distribute, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
• Advertise or facilitate illegal services, human trafficking, or exploitation
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent security features or access controls
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.

Creating a basic listing is free. We charge advertisers only for advertising and visibility products on the Platform, such as Premium profiles, featured placement (including Spotlight and VIP), boosts, and similar promotional features.

• We do not offer, arrange, broker, or accept payment for any services described in advertisements. Any payment for such services is made directly between the advertiser and the visitor and is not processed by us.
• We do not pay out money to advertisers and do not take any commission on advertisers' earnings.
• Prices are shown before purchase, including any applicable taxes. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect products already purchased.
• Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• The name that will appear on your card statement is shown at checkout and on your payment receipt.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Advertising products (such as Premium profiles, featured placement, Spotlight, VIP and boosts) are digital services that start immediately once activated. For that reason, payments are non-refundable once the product has been activated, except in the cases below.
• We will refund: (a) duplicate charges; (b) charges for a product that could not be activated due to a technical fault on our side; (c) unauthorised charges; and (d) any case where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
• Refund requests must be sent to support@redlightad.com within 14 days of the charge. We answer every request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• If we remove an advertisement for breach of our Terms of Service, no refund is given.
• Unused time on cancelled subscriptions or recurring plans is not refunded. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. M N M MARKETING LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

The RedLightAD brand, logo, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-posted content
• Verify the identity of advertisers or endorse any advertiser
• Accept liability for arrangements, transactions, or interactions between users
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

The "Live Chat" feature linked from the Platform is a sponsored service operated by an independent third-party partner, not by M N M MARKETING LTD. When you open Live Chat you leave RedLightAD and use the partner's website under the partner's own terms, privacy policy and age-verification rules.

All live chat services, accounts, content and payments are provided and processed exclusively by that partner. We do not handle Live Chat payments, are not a party to any transaction between you and the partner, and are not responsible for the partner's content, services or refunds. Questions about Live Chat must be directed to the partner.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. If we remove an advertisement or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, no refund is given.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
