Click 'Create Account' in the top right, choose your account type (Advertiser or Customer), and follow the registration steps.
Advertisers can create listings and purchase advertising products. Customers can browse listings and contact advertisers directly.
Go to Dashboard → Create Profile. Fill in your details, upload photos, and submit it for review. Your listing is published once it has been approved.
Common reasons include: unclear photos, missing required information, or content that violates our terms. Check your email for specific feedback.
Go to Dashboard → My Profile to update your information, photos, videos, and services at any time.
Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings and select 'Delete Listing'. Please note this action is permanent.
Creating a basic listing is free. We charge advertisers only for advertising and visibility products such as Premium profiles, featured placement and boosts. We do not handle payments for any services described in advertisements.
Premium plans give your profile increased visibility and additional features. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; it takes effect at the end of the current period.
Email support@redlightad.com within 14 days of the charge. Advertising products are non-refundable once activated, except for duplicate charges, products that could not be activated due to a technical fault on our side, unauthorised charges, or where consumer law requires a refund. See our Refund Policy at /refund for the full rules.
Click the 'Report' button on any profile or in a conversation. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Open the conversation with that user and select 'Block'. They will no longer be able to contact you.
We use encrypted connections and strict access controls to protect your data, and we never sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for the service providers we use.
Contact support@redlightad.com with your account details and we will process your deletion request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
