How can we help?

Click "Post an Ad" in the top menu and register as an advertiser. The profile is built in a few steps: basic info, services and appearance, then contact details and photos. At least 3 photos are required. New profiles are reviewed by our team before they go live, and you are notified when the profile is published.

Log in and open Dashboard → Edit profile. There you can change text, rates, services, location and photos, and save. You can preview the public version under Dashboard → Preview. Changes to photos may be checked by moderation before they appear.

New profiles wait for review before they go live. A profile can be rejected for explicit content in public photos, false or copied information, or any suspicion that the person is under 18. Fix the issue and save again, or ask support for the exact reason.

There are two memberships: Standard and Premium. Premium shows your profile above standard profiles and in the premium carousel, with unlimited photos, videos and a video profile picture, a voice message, stories, review control, multiple countries, social links, a personal link (redlightad.com/p/you) and geo-blocking. Current prices are always shown on the Choose plan page (/choose-plan). Payment is one-off for 1 or 3 months: there is no automatic renewal.

During the launch period every new advertiser can claim Premium for free until the end date shown on /choose-plan. Claim it from the launch-offer box on the Choose plan page while logged in. When the offer ends, the profile simply falls back to the normal plans; nothing is charged automatically.

Advertising products can be paid by card (including Apple Pay where available) or with cryptocurrency. The charge appears discreetly on your bank statement with no reference to adult content. Plans activate automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed; crypto payments can take 5–30 minutes to confirm on the blockchain.

Card payments usually activate within a few minutes and crypto payments after blockchain confirmation (5–30 minutes, sometimes longer). If it is still not active after that, the support team must check it manually: send us the account email, the date, the amount and the payment method (and the transaction ID for crypto).

Advertising products are non-refundable once activated, except for duplicate charges, products that could not be activated because of a technical fault on our side, unauthorised charges, or where consumer law requires a refund. Requests go to support with the account email, date and amount of the charge, within 14 days. See /refund for the full policy.

Push to Top moves your profile to position #1 in the listing. Each push uses 1 point. Points are bought under Dashboard → Push to top; the packages and prices are shown there.

Phone numbers are verified with an SMS code when you add them to your profile; only verified numbers are shown. ID / face verification with a Verified badge is not available yet.

Use the "Report" button on the profile page, or the report form at /report. Choose a reason and add details. Our team reviews every report. For suspected underage content, trafficking or exploitation, report immediately; in an emergency contact local police.

Trust your instincts, tell someone you trust where you are going, never share passwords, verification codes or bank details with strangers, and be careful with anyone asking for money up front. RedLightAD staff will never ask for your password. Read more at /safety.

Use "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email; a reset link arrives within a few minutes (check spam). If you no longer have access to the email or the link does not work, support can help: send the account email and your profile link.

Go to Dashboard → Settings and use "Delete account" at the bottom. Deletion is permanent. If you cannot log in, ask support to delete it and include the account email.

Your email address is never shown publicly; only what you put on your profile is visible. Data is protected with encrypted connections and strict access controls and is never sold. See /privacy.

You must be 18 or older to use RedLightAD. All advertisers confirm they are 18+ at registration. There is zero tolerance for underage content.

Advertisers create profiles and buy advertising and visibility products. Customers browse profiles, save favourites and contact advertisers directly.

We aim to review new profiles as quickly as possible. You will be notified once your profile is live.

Open the conversation with that user and choose Block. They can no longer contact you. If they broke our rules, report the profile too.
